Returns and Exchanges

Once your merchandise is delivered you have 7 days from the delivery date to ship your item back for a full refund or exchange. All returns must contain the original packaging and in good condition. All items returned after 7 days will be issued store credit or exchanged only. After 10 days all sales are final.     Damaged and Missing Returns 

    If you receive your merchandise and it is damaged, defective or missing and parts or components please email us at returns@texaschristmaspickle.com  and include a picture.

    If your merchandise was damaged, defective, missing, or shipped incorrectly we will refund the shipping as well.

    Exchange and Refund Processing

    Please allow 1-2 business days for acustomer service to process your return. Once processed you will receive your exchange or refund in 7 to 10 days after we receive your return.
